What do yall niggas with adhd do when you need to do assignments/homework

Ideally id do it while chilling with a good friend at the same time so we wouldnt get bored, but that doesnt seem like an option


And meds or drugs arent an option either

I got ton of assignments from school and it xloses in a week, but rotters have to stay the whole month completing missed assignments or they wont pass on to next grade

Ok i dont have ADHD, nor do I lack focus. I dont use the method Im about to tell you so idk if it works.

^^ This video watch it from 3:45 to abt 5:35, i would say watch the whole thing but you lack attention span it seems.
What he says:
- Take the task/assignment you have
- Split it into subtasks which require only 5-10 min of attention
- Do the task for 5-10 min
- Chill/relax for about 5 min or so
- Repeat until finished
