Are concave cheeks possible with bad undereye support?

Based on the definition of concave cheeks it seems pretty counterintuitive for them to be possible with a negative orbital vector. Are they achievable in this scenario?

It depends on the zygos, it has nothing to do with the infraorbital rims, but if you have retruded infraorbital rims chances are that your zygos are retruded as well.

Yeah, haven't really seen anybody with protruding zygos and a negative orbital vector, makes sense
