Best gym split?

full body every other day is the best
3x frequency per week
 
I like 3x fullbody with 30 mins of incline walking after
 
the best split is the one that works the best for u. ive done arnold, ppl , ppls x arnold, upper lower & i find upper lower to be the best so far but as long as u train muscle groups 2x a week u will be good
