I don't think its courage bro, I’m in the Fortunate Position where I can give no * and won’t get any issues in my life even if someone sees this.

Not Work, Not Relationships, my aunt literally knows I’m doing this surgery (also) for looks, and she supports it.

My case is apparently acquired Nature anyway, not genetic — and we’re talking about a weak chin… Nothing drastic.

Nothing which prevents me from Dating right now.

I would even take girls I’m dating together with me to the consultations in the future — why don’t.

It’s not even Confidence, I just don’t care what Blackpill Dwellers think about me.

Fix obvious Flaws:

I need to whiten my Teeth and get them straight — which I'm currently in the process of doing.

Yes make sure the surgeon understands this and makes his bimax accordingly. It's about doing the plan while your head is positioned in the Frankfurt plan, the black line in the upper pic I sent(almost along the zygo arch). And only reason I know this is because I suffer from the same problem

This all sounds logical but is also pure Speculation, using FHP (Frankfurt's horizontal line) for Surgery Planning is Objectively wrong — many still do it tho.

That's what I mean, don't take any of this as Medical Advice even if it sounds logically and makes sense in your Head.

This Area / Jaw Surgery in general is too complex.

I don't have a Plan or anything yet, not even scans (no CT or CBCT), just printed them out for fun based on my Intraoral Scan and CMF Software.

But the Quality is Bad, I think I need to buy a Resin 3D Printer for stuff that requires High Quality & Detail like Surgical Splints.

I'm new to this CAD / CAM, don't have any Knowledge on that Topic (yet).

But they actually fit in my Mouth / on my Teeth.

Not with giant but longjohnmong went to him for his bimax, the surgeon seems to have good results as i checked his page on ig.

The surgeon is also a professor at a uni so i think he has more access to equipment and also skills.

He isn't a Surgeon himself, I think he is a bio med student / or already done.

I think he has a bit of Autism like myself and is a Blackpill Dweller based on the Instagram Stories I've seen (which makes sense, he obviously needs marketing / customers).

Don't get me wrong, I respect him a Lot, and the Orbital box osteotomy (OBO) without doing a Craniotomy is very impressive.

But it's not easy to find a Surgeon that will perform it, I think the only Surgeon that performs his OBO Version is a Turkish one, so not necessarily a 1st world country.

I'm not saying the Surgeon that performs his Custom OBO is a Surgeon that would turn you into a Frog if you asked him for the right amount of Money (I don't know him, so don't talk bad about him).

But going to a Surgeon as a Bio Med Student and asking if he would be willing to perform a new type of Orbital Box Osteotomy that he invented himself? Like damn, that's a lot of responsibility…

Because we are talking about a University Hospital with Skilled Surgeons that regularly release scientific papers, not Private Clinics — not extrinsically Surgeons that would do many things for Money.
