Focus on extension more than flexion type stretching
Stretch your hip flexors
Ideally we should be stretching and exercising properly daily

As a forum doctor i agree.

Your height is determined by your frame and frame = bones. Stretching is only flexing your muscles, not your bones.

if anything, a good posture would increase your height by a bit. Refer my posture maxxing guide
