or will it make it look more recessed by comparison?
Lets say someone has a recessed maxilla due to an underbite and their cheekbones are fine for the most part except directly under the eye and close to the nose looks flat because the maxilla is recessed.
If this person had a lefort1 and stretched the soft tissue since the lower maxilla has come forward, is there anyway that the stretching would lead to a nicer contour under the eyes or will it just make the under eye area look more recessed because the upper maxilla bone is now flatter compared to the lower maxilla
