Can stretched soft tissue from a lefort1 enhance the appearance of the under eye area

or will it make it look more recessed by comparison?
Lets say someone has a recessed maxilla due to an underbite and their cheekbones are fine for the most part except directly under the eye and close to the nose looks flat because the maxilla is recessed.
If this person had a lefort1 and stretched the soft tissue since the lower maxilla has come forward, is there anyway that the stretching would lead to a nicer contour under the eyes or will it just make the under eye area look more recessed because the upper maxilla bone is now flatter compared to the lower maxilla

its not possible to know exactly how ur surgery will come out with 100% accuracy this isnt a video game customization sometimes surgeries just work better than others depending on base and surgeon and everything rly

Yeah legit point, I am just debating whether I should push for malar implants along with the lefort or just get lefort first to see the result

Yes I have noticed that people who have a bimax specifically a lefort 1 sometimes have a change in the eye area.

Other procedures also impact the eye area indirectly. Rhinoplasty and malar implants.

You can really use the eye area as a sort gauge for good craniofacial growth. Better the facial growth the better the eye area gets. Just an observation

No. Usually it will give the appereance of more recession. Most people who are doing le fort with a lot of advancement they need infras/cheek implants.
