Oh yah makes sense. So the zygos would no longer be as protruding compared to the lower maxilla as before. Shouldn't a malar implant solve it?just speculating but depending on where the cut in the upper end of the maxilla is made, if you had projecting zygos before their appearance may be diminished afterwards since that portion of the face may not be advanced
