if u wanna lose weight eat a low cal meal before u go
if u wanna gain weight eat as much carbs as u can so u burn carbs and not excess fat

Carbs 30-40 min pre workout dosent matter what it is , and eat high protein during the day , thats all .

Had read some studies on that. Apparently the only non-placebo benefit carbs give in a pre-workout context is glycogen storage.

For that you can feel free to consume the carbs between both workout sessions (the new one and the old one) as that doesn't make a difference.

I agree, most niggas overcomplicate things though.
