A lot surgeons fraud their results through photoshop and will block you if you call them out to save their reputation. This happened with @5foot8Paki who got blocked by a Turkish fraud who was morphing his rhinoplasty results to make them look perfectly done. Results can easily be altered if they are underdone or overdone to look more natural and ideal. Here is an example :
The picture on the right is morphed to look more natural and fuller meanwhile the actual original unfrauded result (left one) is an extremely botched, overdone nose that will probably go through a revision rhinoplasty.
The only way to filter out these frauding surgeons is to look for ones who post videos of befores and afters consistently almost everyday (daily posting = lets you know how, on average, the surgeon’s work looks like). Morphing face in motion is near impossible.
