It's has much significant impact to an early stages of human development (prenatal to puberty). After 25 it's only important for overall healthmaxing (Diet, stress, exposure to toxins.. etc). You still want to pay attention to it at any age!

Increased cortisol causes oxidative damage, which destroys DNA molecule. It should be minimized. I don't know how significant it is though, lazy to find studies!

1. Yes good diet AND lifestyle. Make sure there isn't any other pollutants that might affect child development!
2. Unfortunately we are in contact with plastic all the time, but minimizing any contact with plastic is beneficial, you should grow your own food, have your own water filter, drink from metal bottles... Etc etc, there are many many things i could tell you
3. Today you either have zoomers who are either chads or truecel, it's important to mention that these people in the past didn't had abundant food supply, so one day they'll have meat, second day nothing, and third maybe some vegetables. Fluoride is halogen which inhibits thyroid function, so getting rid of fluoride would help!

1. Yes good diet AND lifestyle. Make sure there isn't any other pollutants that might affect child development!
2. Unfortunately we are in contact with plastic all the time, but minimizing any contact with plastic is beneficial, you should grow your own food, have your own water filter, drink from metal bottles... Etc etc, there are many many things i could tell you
3. Today you either have zoomers who are either chads or truecel, it's important to mention that these people in the past didn't had abundant food supply, so one day they'll have meat, second day nothing, and third maybe some vegetables. If they had stores with food supply 24/7, it would've make their life a lot easier and then we could see how close we are to achieving our genetic potential !

The ones i looked are reverse osmosis systems which are about 300$

But this one is legit i guess, you need chemical water filter!

Test your water before/after this device, to make sure it's legit. Testing can be done somewhere in municipality i guess !?

I think it is a lot of work to test, but apparently it has evidence to back it up so I believe it considering it is an amazon best seller

Probably won't make much of a difference but every little helps I suppose

It will make difference indeed. If you're having extra money, you should also buy humidifier at the same time, and put some distilled water in aswell for your skin. Put some distiled water in there, ideally PH 5.5 cause the ph of the skin is 5.5, i can talk more about it if your interested!

The vast majority of people have massively dehydrated skin and it only serves to exacerbate any problems that you already have.

1 - When washing your face, spray it with distilled water as opposed to tap water from the last week or so. There is significant improvement in the smoothness of skin, and overall just feels more subtle. You should also buy humidifier at the same time, and put some distilled water in aswell.
2 - Another benefit of the humidifier and sleeping and waking up with literally no nose blockage, which is important for proper hydratation. As opposed to the tap water, distilled water has about 0-6ppm (parts per million) which is ideal from an pollutant perspective.
3 - To filter out water, you can buy reverse osmosis system or buy distilled water from your local pharmacy store.
4 - Ph of a water should be 5.5 – ideal for skin and hair (scalp skin, less dandruff), so buy water alkalizer.
