One google search away tells you that prime has less than 2g of sugar per bottle , like no sodium, and 700mg potassium but no you choose to be a retard
 
Hi guys, I read all the threads. I'm from Italy, and here in the Italian old-school bodybuilding community people often recommend a higher salt intake (around 8 grams per day).

What do you think about this? Is the sodium–potassium ratio more important, or is total salt intake the key factor?

Also, my question is this: if someone already eats normal foods that naturally contain salt, could that already be enough for bodybuilding, without adding extra salt on top of it?
