i cycle the pills, i didn't really do the facial creams. well, you're supposed to cycle for 6 months and stop for a month before starting again, but i just stopped after 6 months and am taking a longer break

I cycled the pills. I didn't use the creams because I was too lazy, but they also help. It took me about 5 months to see a noticeable difference in my skintone

this is just a very bad case of coincidence
secondly she didn't use sunscreen so she probably made it worse herself by going outside for 20-30 min
thirdly she has black skin so her skin gets hyperpigmented like the flick of a switch under the sun
