list of hard looksmaxxers I can think of:



amnesia (many, many surgeries) - 30th percentile neurotransmitters, 0.0001th percentile neurotransmitters for males at his looks level. 20 surgeries later, he still has strong BDD.

key21 (eye surgery, fillers) - mentally ill

sin (skull smash) - 1st percentile neurotransmitters, despite naturally having a big personality

astrosky (skull smash)- extremely mentally ill after looksmaxxing

josh (double jaw surgery) - his double jaw did not positively affect his current neurotransmitters

stereo (double jaw surgery)- shit neurotransmitters, extremely mentally ill


CJ the ascender (fillers) - extremely weak neurotransmitters, copes with SSRIs


oldrooster - mentally ill


Its almost like psychiatrists are right when they say BDD shouldn't be treated with plastic surgery
