How epigenetics determines how attractive you will be.

Didn't realize you discovered water filtration

There is a lot to say about it actually, biggest xenoestrogens such as BPA, B... will be filtered by µm filters.
But heavy metals are much harder to remove because they have the size of an atom so you have to use other kind of filters such as charcoals making it hard to estimate how much it removed, because the effectiveness is not as absolute as blocking them by size like µm ones. But anyway to make this short, best thing to do today is to buy plastic water bottles and filter them with 0,1µm filter such as sawyer because you can remove the macroplastic and you will have the least contamined water possible with a normie setup without being autistic about it.

I talked about it on few threads and explained which water + filter is optimal.

But I'm sure with your proud 90 iq you probably already knew it, useless greycell. Hence why most knowledged people of the blackpill are not sharing anything anymore here, cause of this kind of fucking tiktok tier reaction whore behavior.

Diet is the number 2 most important factor for how you will look like after puberty. Raw genetics are number 1 and if you have subhuman genetics you will always become a subhuman regardless. But most people aren’t subhuman, even some of the most unattractive people. Most likely the reason you are recessed is because your mom had a lack of good animal nutrients and a large number of pesticides from vegetables, estrogen in the water and passed it on to you for 9 months. Then during puberty, you most likely consumed a shit ton of bad chemicals, low quality high estrogen food and fortified soy baby formula instead of breast milk.

To achieve how you should look like is only possible with adequate amounts of high-quality animal nutrition during pregnancy and after. Yes, throw out your vegan beliefs because this thread will be largely based on evidence found from Weston Prices work, carnivores and actual nutrition science.

Weston Price was a Canadian dentist known for his theories on the relationship between nutrition, dental health, and physical health. What he found was that indigenous populations living the same way as their ancestors did decades ago, were extremely healthy. They had perfect teeth, healthy bones, hair and of course they weren’t recessed in the face. What Mike Mew doesn’t tell you is that not only correct posture is important, diet is even more important. The indigenous didn’t live in cities crowded with people to cause widespread sicknesses that gave you a cold that forced you to breathe through the mouth subconsciously. And they had optimal nutrition to achieve their full potential after puberty and of course didn’t need braces in the wild (JFL).

A few examples from his book (left: indigenous diet, right: modern day high carb, low fat diets)

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Why does this matter now fag? Why should we care about our diets now if it only mattered during puberty?

A quick answer to this is, even though you didn’t achieve your full potential during puberty you can still be in optimal health now. After following my diet guide, you will be able to perform at a high level while maintaining good energy levels, and have no brain fog. You will also be able build a physique as efficiently as possible from a nutritional standpoint. You will live longer and you will be in a good mood. Everything about your life and physical health WILL improve. Also, when you have kids, they shouldn’t become recessed if you incorporate a high-quality animal-based diet in their lives.

Now what is the perfect diet for humans for optimal health?

This depends on your DNA and the number of high-quality animal products you consume. In general, you would want to consume roughly the same as your ancestors would have done a long time ago. But this isn’t paleo or carnivore. No, most indigenous people actually also ate starches and fruits for calories, minerals and vitamins. Their diets would have consisted of roughly 70% animal foods and 30% plant foods. Exceptions to the rule are the Eskimos or the Maasai who only consume animal foods. But one thing to keep in mind is that the plant foods of today are NOT comparable to what our ancestors consumed. This is why you should focus on animal foods instead.

First you will need to know what your ancestry is like. For Europeans this would mean a very high amount of dairy and meat, for Asians this would be rice with fish, just to give you a quick example. You basically want to try to stay true to what your ancestors consumed.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Now let’s look at the basics for optimal human health in a modern society:

- The average balanced macro nutrient profile
(still depends on your ancestry for what is likely optimal for your DNA):

- Protein: 40%

- Fats: 30%

- Carbs: 30%

You generally want to try to have high protein intake and a balanced fat and carb intake. Keto diet is a meme and not optimal, it is good however for those who want to lose fat very quickly (but you could just lower calories instead). Keto diet makes you feel like shit and puts you in constant stress, raising your cortisol levels and in turn reducing your T level.

- No processed foods

Examples are: Mc. Donald’s, Burger king, kit kat, chips, etc.

- No sugars except for honey

This includes foods like maple syrup or agave syrup. Raw honey is preferred as this tastes just as good, if not better and contains useful enzymes.

- No plant oils except for coconut oil

Coconut oil is high in saturated fat, low in other anti-nutrients. Of course, if you can use grass fed butter that’s good as well.

- No tap water. Filter it instead

Water contains estrogen, heavy metals like mercury or aluminium and other things you don’t want to consume.

- Generally, try to avoid GMO

GMO is vastly different from the plants our ancestors ate, they are low in vitamins and minerals and high in calories. Its not comparable to what our ancestors actually ate. The number 1 and 2 GMO foods are soy and corn.
For example, this is how an avocado would have looked like vs now.
View attachment 868543View attachment 868544

- Organic fruits and vegetables only

This will eliminate most of the agrochemicals which are harmful and toxic to your body (https://azchemistry.com/effects-of-agrochemicals-on-human-health). These can cause hormonal issues, cancer, prenatal development effects to name a few.

- Consume high amount of saturated fats

Your body actually needs a high amount of cholesterol, and are not the cause of heart problems. (Plant oils cause heart problems). Your brain is made up of 80% cholesterol and your cells are made out of it as well, it’s a basic building block for you whole body.

- Grass fed where you can

This greatly enhances the amount of nutrients in the animal foods and eliminates estrogenic content from soy or other GMO feed etc.

- Cook your own food, avoid eating out. Saves money and your health

- Avoid leavy green vegetables and vegetables in general

Vegetables are mostly made of indigestible fibre which is bad for your gut health. They contain the most agrochemicals and contain only a small amount of nutrients because they get hardly digested by your body. Most plants are GMO nowadays. You should see vegetables as a food that tastes nice as a side dish to the main meal being centred around starches, fat and meat.

- Try to avoid artificial sweeteners

While some studies show no side effects, it could be a possible neurotoxin. And we can say for sure that our ancestors didn’t consume them and you can use honey instead. (https://www.healthline.com/health/aspartame-side-effects)

- Don’t use plastics as a package or mug, use something else instead. Glass is best.

Plastics have a hormonal affect, and some others negatives as well. (https://magazine.scienceconnected.org/2018/10/why-plastics-are-dangerous-to-our-health/)

- Cook in stainless steel, cast iron or enamelled iron and possibly even glass cookware

Heavy metals like, copper, aluminium, nickel can all leech into your food and cause harmful effects to your health like Alzheimer’s. Try to avoid everything that’s not mentioned above. (https://www.healthline.com/health/copper-toxicity, https://myersdetox.com/aluminum-toxicity/)

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Now a list of some of the best foods that you should focus on getting into your diet. This is not the only thing you should or must eat. Generally, if you consume a diet that has most of these and other high-quality organic foods you can get away with eating some kit cat once or twice a month.

- Liver

Great source of almost all vitamins you need, and in a good bio available form. Contains insane amounts of real Vit A (no beta carotene cope), Vit B-12 and copper. Also has a good amount of quality protein and fats. Per calorie, liver is one of the most nutrient-dense foods there is and literally kills muscle meat in terms of nutrition per gram.

- Other organ meats

This could be heart, brain, kidneys. Liver is still the king of organ meats but you can try what you like with other organs, hard to go wrong here. All organs contain great amounts of vitamins, fats etc.

- Fatty meat cuts

Good source of vitamins, protein and healthy fats. The fats parts contain high amounts of bio available Vit D3, not found in plant foods at all.

- Eggs

A little multivitamin that’s actually bio available instead of multivitamin pills. Most multivitamins are toxic and made of synthetic materials. Eggs (the yolks) contain high amounts of cholesterol and a whole bunch of good vitamins (vit A, vit B’s) and minerals. Has high amounts of bio available protein.

- Butter

Good source of quality calories and fats and is rich in vitamins and minerals like Vit D, Vit A, Vit E, Vit B-12, Vit K2 (which is often over looked as essential vitamin).

- Milk (if you are lactose intolerant leave out dairy or try to opt for A2A2 dairy forms)

Good replacement for tap water. Don’t go for skimmed milk, with skimmed milk you lose the vitamins and nutrients of milk. Milk has a lot of quality protein, fats and contains a little bit of carbs. And also has casein (casein increases the absorption of minerals). If you can opt for raw milk, these contain natural bacteria which are important for gut health and for your immune system.

- For the sugar addicts among us, honey

Way better option for your sweet tooth than other artificial sugars. It’s a good source of carbs (I take this before going to the gym as a pre-workout). Don’t over eat honey though, one spoon a day is all I take. It’s still sugar but it actually lowers your blood pressure a bit.

- Rice, potato or any other starch. Try to remain true to what your ancestor would have consumed.

A good quality carb source is necessary for optimal energy levels as being in ketosis makes you sluggish and is unhealthy for most long term. Choose an easily digestible starch. For example, white rice won’t put as much stress on your digestive tract as other carb sources or processed foods will.

- Fish eggs (the APEX food on this list)

Probably the best food known to mankind. Fish eggs have a great and balanced nutritional profile containing the best omega 3’s you could wish for. Also includes good fats, protein and has a high amount of vitamin B-12 (this is one of the most important vitamins you need).

- Shell fish (shrimp, crayfish, crab, lobster, clams, etc.)

Low cal, high in quality protein and omega 3's and high amounts of iron, zinc, magnesium, and vitamin B12.

- Cheeses

Most cheeses are good, it’s a fermented food. Contains high amount of quality proteins, fats Vit B-12/B-6, calcium, sodium, phosphor, zinc and high amounts of Vit K2 which is needed for bone growth and development. This is one of the reasons why the Dutch are so forward grown and tall.

- Fermented plant foods like sauerkraut

Fermented plant foods like sauerkraut are digestible for humans and healthy as well, because of the fermentation process. Contains high amounts of Vit C, K1, B6 and copper.

- Citrus fruits

Good source of Vit C which is low in most animal foods. Contains carbs in the form of fructose which you want to avoid, but because of daily Vit C need this is a quality and organic option over a Vit C supplement.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Supplements you want to add:

- Cod liver oil

The most important supplement on this list. Don’t get the fish oil variants, make sure it’s cod liver oil. Contains good omega 3’s and has high amounts of bio available Vit A and D3.

- Iodine

Most people should use this, as they have built up a large quantity of toxins in your body. Iodine makes you get rid of these. (https://www.healthline.com/health/iodine-uses)

- Vit C

Always use a vitamin c. It helps neutralize negative chemicals in our body from the toxic environments we live in. Best form: doesn’t matter.

- Magnesium

Almost everybody is deficient in this, it’s the number 1 most needed and used mineral in our bodies. It’s also needed as a balancing factor for calcium, best form: citrate and glycinate

- Beef liver capsules

If you can’t stand the taste of liver, liver capsules are a great option. Other organ supplements exist as well. This won’t beat real liver but it’s still very healthy. Get the grass-fed options.

- Vit D3

70% of the world’s population is deficient in vitamin d3. You should supplement this at all times, next summer go outside and enjoy the sun. Our ancestors were 24/7 in the sun and had insane amounts of this vitamin available, that’s why you should take about 10-20K IU every day, especially during the winter.

Extra quality of life supplements:

- Berberine + mk677 for HGH maxxing

- Creatine for DHT maxxing

Audrey hepburn facial structure was attributed to the Dutch hunger winter during ww2 so it was actually caused by malnutrition
its one example of someone who got to look good after the war. you have to keep in mind that during wars, women get priority for stuff like food in the war and i couldnt find anything about her diet during the war. it could mean she ate anything? or maybe she was only slightly deficient. malnutrition can mean you will look fucked up, but if you are lucky enough it wont matter as much, good genes are number 1 just like i said in the post. i also believe women arent that much affected by malnutrition as men are. they are smaller and basically need less nutrition to grow to their expected size. also women can get away with being a bit recessed as opposed to men

This should be common opinion. I also think genetics play a part in resistance to bad environmental effects. Like I have a tall square chin and decently wide jaw, but it's downward grown from mouthbreathing but throughout ages 7-16 I was eating nothing but pure garbage (McDonalds, cake, lots of soda etc). Some people will be able to "bypass" bad habits better than others. It is for this reason I have absolutely no qualms with getting correct jaw surgery or something like ZSO. Features inherited (eye colour, nose shape, lips etc) are entirely genetic. But transversive and saggital growth of the bones and their placement is entirely down to nutrition (both on a nutrient level and a relative level of mastication effort) and habits. Something not mentioned enough, hormonal profiles determined at birth help develop certain dimorphism pre-puberty years and boys get fucked over hard since the xenoestrogens start fucking with their hormones even before they hit puberty.
yeah i didnt mention it specifically but it plays a big role from a food standpoint as well, as a lot foods contain some kind of hormonal imbalance due to the agrochemicals or using GMO feed for cattle and the water as well of course. probably why women look better then men even more these days. a lot of guys have that ''cucked look'' from the age of 12 and up

thats a pretty wierd idea of why it matters. why do you think the place in the womb is more important than all the hormonal imbalances you get from shit food through your mom? you literally get bombarded with chemicals while not even being born yet. most legit evidence points towards that and lack of animal nutrition being the biggest factor determining your development and not the place you were in the womb.

also gut bacteria is only good when you consume a lot of animal products and fermented foods. the gut needs the bacteria from the specific fermented foods to grow and to be healthy. antibiotics can completely disrupt your entire gut microbiome for 1 year, sometimes even more before its stable again.

Love salmon eggs, just got a 50g jar yesterday.. 140€/kg though!

Vitamin C you actually need much less if you don't eat carbs due to the similarities between Vit C and glucose (insulin response).

mostly after WW2. during the war not a lot of settling down happend because of the war. but after that europe became extremely wealthy and women could propell their hypergamy as it became extremely ''liberal''. but before that dutch have always been tall except for during the middle ages and some time after that, but thats because there was no meat or dairy consumption on a significant scale like the dutch ancestors had consumed. after the war this became possible again

- Creatine for DHT maxxing

i honestly know nothing about what is traditional from those places. i guess you should mix in some dairy, meats and carbs. this is what most people thrive best on. only if you are african, (masaai) or someone from northern siberia you should not consume carbs. eat what is local to your ancestors and research from there.

Well done good thread brother.
giphy.gif

I knew and do pretty much everything on the list, for many years and this is my diet, with a few exceptions...
Grass fed and non-gmo - incredibly expensive, legit have to be richcel to afford paying hundreds for your daily meals. And also simply unavailable in certain countries/regions at all. Not even talking of seafood, which gets even more crazy... I wish I could eat salmon, but the price starts from hundreds... Can only dream of that, can't imagine many people over here being able to afford such a diet.
Liver - I've read that it's good, and people praises and stuff, but I personally subjectively believe it's incredibly toxic to you. Just the taste and smell is dead give away. I don't feel well after eating it either. The function of liver is also to clean and filter all the shit from your body, from toxins and there're a lot of toxic shit in it, I can't imagine how this would end up being good for you. That's just my subjective personal pov.

You truly should.
Imagine being so fucking lazy and degraded fattard that you can't even fathom changing your diet habits and popping a few supplements.
The only thing that you're missing and/or need anymore at all.

Yes thats right, but even non grass fed GMO fed animal products is far superiour to any plant based stuff.
about liver: thats not correct, the liver doesnt work like a vent or something like that. the liver is full with nutrients because its where the chemical reactions happen to clean your body, it doesnt store ANY toxins at all. only if you eat a GMO fed chicken liver which had a lot of antibiotics and vaccines youre likely better off not consuming the liver. but because the liver is literally the 2nd best food in the world there is no excuse to not consume it if you know about nutrition science. you should get the supplements instead, i dont like the taste either

tbh im not sure whether diet or even horomonal profile is really that important when it comes to bone growth and placement.

i feel this is just mostly genetic tbh.

good thread though, and im just an odd case tbh ill pm

I assure you your threads are nothing groundbreaking, pretty much everyone knows about heavy metals and xenoestrogens in the water supply and your arrogance in thinking that anyone who brings it up must have gotten it from you is exactly the kind of reaction you're complaining about.

That's like saying "everybody knows spaceships".
Greycell delusional cope, of course majority here knows the names and the basics of basics, but if you dig deeper they don't know how, where, why, how it reacts, with what, how much time, with how much quantity, which size... Such details I explained.

Just to see, let's follow your wrong statement, if anyone here knows about heavy metals and xenoestrogens, logically since you're one of them, answer those questions.

What difference will offer a filter of 0.1µm and 0.2µm ?
Which chelator is the best in case of mercury intoxication ? Same for arsenic and lead. If this intoxication is acute and if it's longterm ? Dosage and time ?
Which filter is the most effective for removing heavy metals ?

You probably won't be able to answer this without doing specific researches because you don't know it, as for the majority, they know the tip of the iceberg, not the deep details, but you can't reach the conclusion I gave without learning enough, or else your conclusion will be random and unprecise.
I was one of the first here to say you which water we drink, and which filter we should use and why it is more efficient.

"your arrogance in thinking that anyone who brings it up must have gotten it from you" Oh, pardon to think that a thread flying over lot of differents aspect and one of them being the one I talked with the most knowledge here, that maybe OP got some of his reasoning from this forum, me being part of of those who were the most specific and knowledgeable about this topic.

Next time I will for sure ask your greycell crab bucket brain if this is too arrogant to ask if the OP got his informations from older posts of mine which were the more detailed on the subject.

@Gaia262 Did multiple threads on this bro.

I wrote about this the same day earlier than him my bro.
In his first thread he posted later than mine about this subject and then used a distillation machine 3 days after, this is the post you linked. Timeframes are visible about this, but it's alright, let's just say it's just a coincidence.

But what Gaia262 says is not really reaching my conclusion, he is saying tap water is bad which is level 1 knowledge of the topic.
As I said, at the end, the final conclusion is to buy plastic bottled water (glass bottle would be better) and use a filter that has tiny enough pores like <=0,2µm.
No commercial bullshit filters as you see on tv or blogs, and obviously tape water out of the plan.
I already explained in my post on this thread the reasoning in big lines that explains why this choice is the best today, of course if anybody has a better suggestion / setup I will change my mind but I haven't see anyone on this forum reaching this far yet.

When I posted my conclusion, I still confirm I never already saw it before, all the stated posts were that "tape water is bad", that doesn't say which water is optimal, wich filter is optimal and why. Seems like it will take 2 or 3 years until normies here reach it and then it will becomes mainstream.

5 months ago I gave an applicable example here, at this time I still never saw any one talking about this deeply enough reaching the same conclusion I said https://looksmax.org/threads/never-eat-this-food-to-minimize-estrogen.153889/page-2#post-2601592
It litteraly summarize the point, this is the last thing I will say for those who are curious about having the best water in today's environnement.
Without any offense, I'm tired of answering here.

But anyway, I don't really care, this is probably the last time I post informations for free on this forum.
They are not really appreciated so no point in keeping sharing it.
