I am at 7.5 inch and still want huge wrists so here are a few methods!
Megadose k2, calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron
inject endocrinologist tier testosterone and hgh,
eat 200g protein a day,
bonesmash
lift heavy low rep weights frequently
Get a grip device and use it 24/7
All this will give you 1-1.5 inches if youre consistent ^
And the best unknown method
Get wrist fat grafts, up to 2 inches as u can layer the fat and it doesnt burn off and looks natural:
