I am at 7.5 inch and still want huge wrists so here are a few methods!

Megadose k2, calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron

inject endocrinologist tier testosterone and hgh,

eat 200g protein a day,

bonesmash

lift heavy low rep weights frequently

Get a grip device and use it 24/7

All this will give you 1-1.5 inches if youre consistent ^

And the best unknown method

Get wrist fat grafts, up to 2 inches as u can layer the fat and it doesnt burn off and looks natural:

Do forearm exercises. Use a handgrip. They helped me fraud my wrist size.

Hm interesting, do you have any idea how much testosterone is going to impact the growth. I'm at 6.5 inch wrists atm but I want 8 inchers. How long do you expect it to take to gain 1-1.5 inches

real advice: u are permanently fucking ur brain to become a lookism aspie the longer u rot here

if i was you id read all the guides to optimize growth, sleep 10 hours, eat 200g protein 3k cals a day, lift and swim, be as social as possible

but instead u will rot and suffer

tbh this hasn't fucked up my brain that much. always been socially awkward but i am slowly coming out of my shell and i don't have a sudden desire to ldar in my parents basement
 
Something you can do max 5 reps in a row with with good form

See, other guides say that high reps are what's best for forearm growth. And aren't wrists part of the forearms?

High maybe up to 12, a mix of strength and hypertrophy training is ideal, but strength training on its own is good enough, you will never see a dude who can bench twice his bodyweight with small forearms.

I'm hearing an average of about 15 reps per set.

legit there is a reason many top benchers become arm wrestlers (scot mendelson etc)

Well i took test + calcium k2 etc while on cycle and my fore arms legit grew XD
