In this guide by @CopeAndRope you can see how to build a facepuller with a neck brace and steel brackets.

If you have issues in making the alginate impression, you may check this video where a orthodontics professor explains how to do it.
WARNING: Some users (like Lorsss) recommend to carve the gypsum with the dremel when the acrylic model is finished, in order to detach the acrylic appliance from the gypsum without breaking the appliance. If you exert a lever on the appliance to remove it immediately as shown in the video, there is a huge risk of breaking the appliance and needing start over again
