The people most likely to have a good result from rhinoplasty have a hooked bony nose and mostly need side profile improvement.
If you have a wide bulbous nose, it's very prone to looking atrocious like many results I see on the internet. Playing with bones isn't problematic but cartilage is.
What went wrong here? Instead of focusing on alar width reduction they did some terrible contouring which is bound to look artificial. Beware of any contouring more than mild and making your nose "thinner" and take care of proportions of sides relative to the entire nose; pig noses are very hard to fix. Underdone beats overdone by a mile here. In fact unless you have a really bad bulbous nose and it's just "a little big" I suggest you steer clear of it.
