how to sleep on time?

sleep is one of the most important things ever but i get maximum 3-5 hours of sleep a day its legit ass raping me i've tried 2-10mg of melatonin and that doesn't work and the vyvanse i take isn't helping either. does anyone how to actually fix this shit?
 
take 10mg of melatonin. but if that doesnt work. try get sun in morning

idk if this works, but i heard people say good things abt magnesium glycinate. might not make you sleepy but i believe it helps sleep quality.
