Instagram makes me more depressed and bitter than .org

Whenever I open instagram, I get bombarded with goodlifers living carefree NT lives, travelling, hanging out with friends etc. while I rot in my room.

My DMs remain dry because I am literally too ND to hold a text conversation with friends and end up ghosting or being ghosted for not texting enough.

But the worst part is surely the reels tab. My reels are obviously very autistic and i keep seeing posts of foids cheating, clubbing, drunk interviews of foids accepting their body counts and so on. Even worse when i see foids i know like the most degenerate reels that spikes my cortisol each time. Being able to see who liked what in that big bubble is the worst feature so far

Unironically rotting on .org when i had my instagram disabled for months made me happier and more NT
