my esr is like 0.455 according to the one i had an friend help me measure, but my zygomas are very flat with my face being asymmetrical, one side is fuller than other , up to what esr is the lowest u could go and like what else

Fuck mirin, I wasn’t as knowledgeable on harmony all those years ago so I was mainly concerned with my short skull and chin recession back then. Can’t wait to see the results

Objectively when it comes to my naturally developed skull the ratios remain the same so I had work done on them, although filler was my go to in the past.

Unfortunately there’s only so much you can do with filler when it comes to mitigating your esr but your ratios are definitely within that range.
