Yea I’m being lazy my self right now. I’m having a hard time making progress and losing the rest of the fat due to it taking so long now and me not wanting to cut so much I have to starve myself.

Yeah I do a lot of cardio. I know how to lose weight just don’t have the motivation. Also been slacking in the gym these last 2 weeks. 1st time ever since I’ve been going

i wish i also had a rich mentor when i was young. having people who have actually achieved something support/guide you is so valuable
