Nice dude, love the plan except for the eppley implants. You might not even need them after jaw surgery, and jaw surgery is going to be expensive af.

Fuck knows the exact mechanism but the outside of the orbital box is cut and moved outwards and then the eye is repositioned which I believe can increase IPD up to 6mm and also PFL. honestly don’t know much about it and I’d love if someone who knows more than me were to comment
