MY HEIGHT EXERCISE PLAN AS A 5'0 FOOT GUY
1. SPRINT WITH ANGKLE WEIGHTS
I sprint on the sunny days.
U can sprint at night too, SPRINT WITH GHOST AUDIOS FOR FULL POTENTIAL!
2. MAASAI JUMPS WITH ANGKLE WEIGHTS
3. DEAD HANGING WITH ANGKLE WEIGHTS FOR 15 MINS
4. SLEEP WITH A RESISTANCE BAND
I WEAR A SOCK SO MY FEET DOSENT GET HURT FROM THE STRAP AND YES I SLEEP WITH THIS AND TAKE IT OFF WHEN I WAKE UP

Maybe sometime rope skipping. I do the 2,3 on the sunny days and before bed
