Need clarification on rating system

Ive seen the guide on the psl system but I cant find a guide to terms like, sub 5,ltn,mtn, etc. Im under the impression sub 5 means below average or under 5/10 ltn is 5/10 or average, mtn is 6/10 , htn is 7/10, cl is 8/10 and chad is 8+ which is extremely rare. How close am I?

Saying sub3 your well below average
And so on,
The normie scale is different
LTN is below average like 3.5 psl
MTN is dead average like 4-4.5 psl
Below that is subhuman

So saying something like "you are sub5 to ltn something in between" is the most dumb ass thing you can utter

Honestly it depends on the place you live in but don't expect most ppl in their 40's to be chadlite or something
