I have been doing microneedling with a dermapen for some time. In the beginning, I always applied active ingredients like retinol before I started microneedling. But I quickly noticed that the result remains the same whether you use an active ingredient or not.

The other day I used a 1mm needle size on my face, and of course it bled in some places, so I spread all the blood on my face and worked it in with the dermapen, so to speak. In my opinion this gives the best results, my skin was very good afterwards, it had a perfect even color without redness and the pores were barely visible and very good collagen!! (btw I have no skin care except currently 1x a week with soap and wash glove, remaining days just water).

I am currently reading up on the effectiveness of microneedling with blood. Has anyone of you already had experience with it and can report?

I was also thinking about doing a real vampire lift with Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) at a cosmetologist, have any of you tried this and how were the results?

Get the blood of a fag i heard its better for the skin but you may get aids

It’s very good

But imagine doing it yourself instead of going to a clinic.

Microneedling causes inflammation, which is a cause of skin aging.
