I see a lot of people spreading the practice of using belts, towels etc to pull on your face and mimic natural actions of tearing into tough food.
while this is a good practice please remember you are putting immense horizontal stress on your teeth, which through millenia of nonaction have grown rather unadapted for such pressures. excessive pulling might cause root damage and/or move the teeth outwards.
So, while i don't condone it, if you are doing so, please only face-pull in moderation and be mindful of your body's responses. take it slowly, remodelling should take years. be mild and consistent.
loooove yall.
