Possible drug to lighten eye colour? GTFIH

i doubt anyone can afford it, it costs thousands a month because the drug is designed to treat tumors

side effects are fatigue, anxiety and shit like that but only at high dosages

im gonna make another thread this weeks outlining a cheaper alternative
Wouldnt the people using this drug have reported smth already?

no because they use extremely small dosages for a very short amount of time

It's crazy how people will try drugs affecting eyes with so little studies yet

It's made for tumors where any side effects is less severe than a tumor
Medicine is always a reward vs side effects thing

I admire you fuckers willing to try drugs that's this untested that affects your eyes

thats not really the point... im not gonna try out the drug jfl and i don't recommend anyone does, its too expensive

my point is that, the drug proves that melanin can be inhibted locally so that eye colour can be lightened without affecting the pigment on the rest of ur body

I know it's the case for your point

But I'm sure in the fact: that if it wasn't expensive some fucker from this site would already have ordered it by now

yes

no, you can't and its way to expensive anyway, the main purpose of the thread was to prove that melanin can be locally inhibited without affecting the rest of the body, so lightening eyes without messing up your body/face's skin colour

green eyes aren't exclusively "white"

jfl, no different then saying "whites tan because they wanna be black"
Predictable
We all know colored eyes are a white trait
What's so wrong saying white people have good features and you want them?
Just like rhino is to get white nose when black people can have "white noses" but it's rare, while seeing a black person with a light eye color is 100x more rare than a white person with light eyes.
Let's end the cope

bro i get it now, u confused tyrosianse inhibitor with tyrosine inhibitor Metirosine is tryrosine inhibitor and now a tyrosinase inhibitor

Hydroquinone is one of the most powerful tyrosinase inhibitors used to decrease the formulation of melanin in the skin. If we could somehow find a way to localize this into an eye drop serum, we could formulate a potential solution.

The use of agents for blocking the Synthesis of tyrosinase to prevent permanent pigmentation of the iris caused by mela nin deposit induced by pharmacological treatments or by metabolic imbalance is described.

Good but this is a patent not a peer reviewed research paper so I've still got my doubts. I will dig it up when I am free which is not rn. Interesting find, gg.

Yh because the drug used can cause a lot of problems and like i've said isn't feasible for something like eye colour, jfl that drug is used to treat treat high blood pressure in people with adrenal gland tumors , when i read the paper i knew it was defo abandoned.

But the drug itself doesn't interest me, but the way it works is what matter because it shows tyrosinase inhibitors can affect the eye colour without affecting pigmentation every where else(body, face)

Are skin brightners/lighteners such as kojic acid permanent? I’m pretty sure those kind of products take a while to wear off and this stuff works the same, so once you use it for a while it will last for weeks maybe months
