Rating / advice please ?
Not looking for just ratings as I knot theirs another sub but I thought here would be good for specific advice.

lip lift or smth to bring some volume into your nonexistent upper lip

No would it be worth it at this stage ? Considering dr afar for hairline

Only issue is moustache hair grows in slightly lighter than stubble hair in jaw/chin. What could I do to darken it ?

It could help with your NL folds and possibly other small wrinkles and blemishes.
I dont know so much about surgeries but something that could help your jaw.

You look great bro, very good body good on you for working hard.

I'd say the biggest ones for you and imo the only necessary ones are:

Get a hairline lowering transplant asap bro, huge falio -1.5-2 points

And get a JAW IMPLANT asap. Get a bigger lower third yours is puny.

If you are 5'8 or over you will be 7/10 srs. Good luck
