Few months although it took me that long to finish my first geek bar
From someone who is chronically addicted to nicotine, please fucking stop. You have no idea how sickening your day-to-day will start to feel once you rely on them. Especially Geek Bars yuck, do something less sweet and sour like Off-Stamp if you must

I probably will quit using them on my own but I’ll still do it in social scenarios.

Get gorilla mind am and pm. Do cardio fasted in the morning when taking am 30 min before cardio

Replacing phent with 500mg of metformin on days I don’t use Rybelsus and added tadalafil cause it was cheap (unrelated to weight loss ik). Currently waiting for my next order to ship and will update (not that anyone cares). Also cardio’s probably gonna take a hit since I just got a real estate certification and am interning at a small firm before college starts along with my other part time job.

I’m actually thinking about cancelling my mounjaro pen for a 5mg pen of Reta instead. From what I see, people say that Reta is overall better but at the same time I’ve also seen very positive reviews of Tirz.

I'm cutting as well. My stack will be reta 2 mg / week with the sarm ac 262 15 mg/day, alpha yohimbine and enclo.

Tirz is good as well, better than ozempic but reta retains muscle better. My stack will be stripping fat and maybe gaining muscle, definitely preserving it tho

Vaping kills my cardio I would drop that if I were u, if u like nicotine just pop zyns. An upside of zyns is that it helps me lock in w school work and w foids

Zyns hurt my stomach that’s why I quit them. Also I have the opposite effect with vaping and cardio. As for the sarm idk tbh most of them are absolute shit.

Caffeine after a certain hour of the day hive u poorer sleep leading to worse fat loss, u should see how long his effects last and consume it majorly that amount of time pre bed, giving u better sleep which regulates better your matabolism and stresses less your body

I'm a biohaxx0r and would usually never touch PEDs but I've done my homework on this cycle. It's pretty safe and has minimal suppression but have your own due diligence, I got my friend to hop on it as well.

So what I actually took was another sarm called acp 105 but ac 262 is a lighter version of that (they were synthetized by the same company), with the same or better safety profile. I started acp 105 bc I stopped lifting for like a year and several months due to life responsibilities getting in the way and to top it all off, I got a nigger tropical virus while on vacation last September and got sent to the hospital for a week which reduced my physique to aushwitzcel. After 8 weeks of acp, I got all my muscle back + more and got leaner overall. I seriously would've been doomed if I had to restart on a natty routine , shits so demoralizing. I laff now that I see those natty before and after transformations.

Given, I've been lifting for 5 yrs but ive been dissatisfied w my progress. Typical natty build with some muscle definition and fluff. After acp, leaner muscles esp in core and now I'm progressing in my lifts and weighted calisthenics. Im unironically built like Brad Pitt fight club under the fat bc I do weighted calisthenics. After the reta I will ascend. It also helps with athletic performance. Damn nigga im typing too much

On days I run the Eca stack I usually avoid energy drinks. Also I’m not drinking energy drinks daily.
