The storm around the suspected rape of a 7-year-old girl in the Benjamin area, and the suspicion of a 11-year-old’s group rape reminded Israeli society that it is difficult to grasp and live with: Sexual abuse and child and child rape often occur, and in many cases the criminal is not punished and the victims are not properly treated.

But it turns out that in Israel there are also people who legitimize pedophilia, openly, in public lectures to physical and virtual audiences. Not just people, but people with spiritual authority, whom a whole public attributes to them profound wisdom and even holiness: rabbis. These things are said in the Gemara, Talmud, Sages and Halacha lessons of those rabbis and not as a personal expression. But the texts on which the lessons are based are halakhic debates that deal with prohibitions and permits in the life of the act and are thus presented.

Some of these rabbis do not settle for quotes and explain the permit, allegedly, to rape children in their own words, accompanied by detailed and creepy descriptions. The same rabbis do not add to the reservations and do not say “to me this is not an act” or “today it is forbidden”, they do not bother to point out that according to criminal law it is a rape and a serious offense, and do not warn their hearers and their flock of the act they are discussing.

These rabbis and their associates tried to explain to us that these are “theoretical” statements that are unrelated to practical practice and pedophilia offenses in reality. But “coming in children” has actually been a subject of controversy between rabbis in the past.

At the same time, pedophilia is an issue that is currently agitating and disputing the ultra-Orthodox public, one of whose leaders, Minister of Health Jacob Litzman, is suspected of assisting sex offenders and pedophiles.

Rabbi Israel Meir Lau - Former Chief Rabbi of Israel and currently Chairman of Yad Vashem, father of current Chief Rabbi David Lowe, and Israel Prize winner - delivered a sermon a few years ago at the Heichal Moshe Synagogue in Tel Aviv, where he spoke in technical terms about On the grounds of a three-year-old girl without any reservations about the act.

Rabbi Lowe’s son, current Chief Rabbi David Lowe, became famous a few years ago when he publicly called on rabbis in the ultra-Orthodox sector to “stop sweeping sex offenses under the rug,” and was praised by secular and religious public figures. But the Chief Rabbinate itself allegedly legitimizes pedophilia in public advertising: In a sample test for a rabbinate certificate, which appears on the rabbinate website, a leisurely and detailed question about halachic-technical issues that rape an 11-year-old girl appears. Examinees for the rabbinate certification exam are asked:
“A man has married a bride of only 11 years (she has not seen blood ever), what is the law and why she fears the following cases: a. We were raised in a mitzvah and did not see blood; b. After the wedding began to see stains all over her body and clothing; c. To see blood for the first time and that was a long view that lasted for several days. “
So far, the Chief Rabbinate’s response has not been received.

But when coming, the Gemara says that the coming (rape, tag) of a child less than three years old is a finger in the eye and is not considered a coming, and therefore one cannot be consecrated in a coming less than three years. …“​

Three Israelis were arrested over the weekend in Colombia, along with 15 others, on suspicion of involvement in sex trafficking in the tourist city of Cartagena that included the sexual exploitation of more than 250 women and girls, Israel’s Ynet news reported.
It’s reported that Colombian authorities also asked Interpol to arrest a former Israel soldier deported from Colombia for running a child prostitution ring. Authorities claimed that even after his expulsion, 44-year-old Israeli citizen Assi Ben-Mosh continued to manage his illicit operations in Colombia from afar.
Mosh was deported to Israel after it was discovered that he was part of a group of ex-Israeli soldiers that had turned a small fishing village in Taganga into a “sex and drug den” from their base in a luxury resort, the Benjamin Hostel which was known to locals as “little Israel”.
From “little Israel” Moosh is reported to have run similar clubs exploiting drugs and children in Cartagena, Bogotá, Medellín, Ecuador, Mexico and Brazil. Local residents spoke of their relief following his arrest and deportation last November and thought they had seen the back of the former Israeli soldier.

Colombian authorities said that Moosh had harmed the security of the state and its citizens. Reports identified Moosh who was also accused of a number of other charges including tax fraud, drug offenses and inciting children to prostitution.
Moosh denies any connection to the tourism sex ring and, according to Israeli sources, he is currently waging a legal battle to return to Colombia.
The bust over the weekend followed months of surveillance. Authorities said that it was one of the biggest operations to combat child sex trafficking and forced prostitution in Cartagena. In a statement, the attorney general’s office described the victims as “real slaves of the 21st century”.

A former Israeli soldier was deported from Colombia for alleged links to a criminal network suspected of drug trafficking, child prostitution and tax offenses that spanned across several countries in Latin America.
Forty-three-year-old Assi Moosh was expelled by Colombia and returned to Tel Aviv under escort by immigration officers last weekend. In a statement confirming the deportation, security officials said: “Police in Santa Marta, capital of the Magdalena department, hereby announce the removal of an Israeli citizen who owns a spa hotel frequented by many foreign tourists. Deportation procedures have been commenced as per law and will be carried out due to the Israeli’s conduct, which has harmed Colombia’s national security.”
Colombian news agencies reporting on the deportation revealed details surrounding the expulsion of Moosh who was exposed as being part of a group of ex-Israeli soldiers that had turned a small fishing village in Taganga into a “sex and drug den” from their base in a luxury resort that was known to locals as “little Israel”.
El Heraldo, a regional newspaper, revealed Moosh as the head of an “international network of human trafficking, micro-trafficking and sex tourism”. The Israeli gained a reputation locally for organising private parties in a room within his hotel. From their base in “little Israel” Moosh is reported to have run similar clubs exploiting drugs and children in Cartagena, Bogotá, Medellín, Ecuador, Mexico and Brazil.

Local sources reported that Moosh was arrested when he arrived in the immigration office in Santa Marta accompanied by a group of armed men. It’s believed that he had been trying to obtain Colombian citizenship.
According to the national police, Moosh had raised suspicion after it was discovered that his permits for tourism and hotel operation were obtained through a third party, enabling him to carry out criminal activities undetected for a decade.

The mystery for many locals, according to El Heraldo, was the Benjamin hotel. Residents of Taganga described the resort as a “bunker” run by Moosh “exclusively for Jews”. While it’s unlikely that many of the locals would have actually seen the inside of the luxury resort, the feeling that it was an unwelcome place for non-Israelis has even been reported by visitors on TripAdvisor. “Not Israeli? Forget about it” wrote one visitor who had given the hotel two stars in the review. “First off this is a good hotel/hostel but if you are not from Israel I wouldn’t go there my wife and I were made to feel very uncomfortable even had people come up to us and say ‘are you from Israel?’ I said ‘no’ to their reply ‘then why would you come here’.”

Reports of how “ex-soldiers turned a Colombia fishing town into a sex and drug den” had been on the media’s radar for a while. In February Colombia Reports uncovered the tension within the popular tourist region caused by the Benjamin hotel. The report found that “Benjamin [hotel] employs and accommodates almost exclusively Israeli citizens, and was officially opened by 20 rabbis brought over especially from Israel”.
Security in the hotel is reportedly coordinated by a Willington Vasquez, who, according to the report is also known as “Manuel, a former member of a paramilitary death squad”. Locals from Taganga complained that the Israeli “tourism entrepreneurs” were running a drug trafficking network and prostitution business.
The friction between locals in Taganga and the Israelis was also reported in 2012. “Four Israeli ex-soldiers are the new ‘masters’ of Taganga” was the headline in the El Tiempo. The paper alleged that the Israeli “businessmen” were selling cocaine and sexually exploiting young girls.
A journalist from El Tiempo investigating the allegations spoke with local officials, residents and the Israeli businessmen who pleaded innocence saying that “the community is wrong, everything is false”.

But the report proved otherwise. The authorities said that they were “clear several Israeli ex-soldiers who arrived in that village” were “leaders of criminal gangs”. The authorities complained that the Israelis took over social premises, violated rules on tax payments and permits and were involved in selling drugs and sexually exploiting children.
The ex-Israeli soldiers became known as “the untouchables”. El Tiempo journalists travelled to the area and discovered that some of them were living in a concrete mass, guarded by eight security cameras. Others carry arms and move in 4×4 trucks flying the Israeli flag.
Testimonies from villagers and local authorities, who, El Tiempo said requested anonymity for fear of reprisals, exposed the drug and prostitution industry that had blighted the small fishing village.
Their standoff with the ex-Israeli soldiers led locals to create a committee and to request help from the Santa Marta administration.
Mayor of Santa Marta at the time, Carlos Caicedo, told El Tiempo that the situation in Taganga is serious and that he will ask the Israeli embassy and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to review the legal status of the ex-military personnel settled in the Benjamin hotel.
Residents of Taganga appealed to their government to end the criminal activity in their village and a request was also made to the Israeli embassy, according to El Tiempo, to sanction the criminal behaviour of its nationals.
As for Moosh, it’s reported that Colombian authorities have imposed sanctions on him which prevent him from returning to the country for at last ten years.

Quran (as in those words you read in the physical book) are uncreated, they are as eternal as God himself because they are him (words from his eternal thoughts on matters).

If you go only by the Quran technically, it doesn't mention any practices, laws, or any of those stuff, so as a muslim i would be a quranist, but being a quranist is basically being a deist, believing in a non specific creator.

In Academic scholar Quranic studies there is an ongoing hypothesis that hadiths are actually completely made up. Not just cause they are mentioned first 200-300 years after death of prophet, but also if you see WHEN they were written. Basically the Abbasid Caliph at the time favored the Mutazila school, they were muslims that were the closest to being "philosophical, methaporical, platonic, aristotelian" in their thoughts, basically they had a esoteric understanding of the Quran, not a literal one.
So the other two groups, like Hanbali and Athari made a contra culture againts them and this is where the hadiths come from, Muslim for example was from one of these two literal schools
