Calculated it and i need around 4000 kcal per day.
Ate 3 times today and im still missing 2000 kcal.
Very good app,suggest it to everyone,you can track stuff easily.

jfl if youre a metabolismcel like me. weigh all the food perfectly, measure everything,3500 cal a day for a month, gain like 0.5lb

Start making bulking shakes for easy calories. This is what I do twice a day

300 ml milk, banana, 1 tblsp peanut butter, 3 tblsp olive oil, 1 serving whey protein
800-900 calories

i don't gymcell,no need for whey
i drink milk and eat 3-4 teaspoons peanut butter anyways
gonna stock up on these two things,i have like 3-4 unopened peanut butters,just gonna buy alot of milk
and eat 2-3 bananas per day

You need protein even if you're not working out.

I have hard time gaining weight as well need 3000+ calories and my apteitite is dog shit fucking hell

Very similar to mine
500ml milk,3 spoons peqlanut butter, 3 spoons olive oil,100 g oats

Easy +1000 kcal
