Look when he was young, nicely hooded eyes with little uue exposure. It gives him a fresh look

Now look at his scarface movie era, how all his hooding dissapears , he looks more gaunt here. It probably is a lot of weight loss imo.

Now when old he is back again with his somewhat hooded eyes, I guess it's more of skin sagging compared to his godfather era when he had more fat around the upper eyes . He also smiles a lot which pronounces it more.
