True, he's gone through a bunch of alts. I'm not sure why. But he sure does make me laugh. Maybe he makes the other mods/admins laugh too and why they give him a free pass? Who knows. Maybe they already sorted it out. Perhaps they got one of the staff members a gf on the downlow. So if you ever need to bounce back from a permaban, just get me a gf and I'll get you out.
