Mental Health Guide:

There is a reason why many people on this forum have a hard time getting laid

Simply to put it.
People that are normal would not find this forum.

There is a reason why many people on here can't slay. Many on here think it's because of their looks when in many cases its because they are mentally ill. So a lot of people on here cope with "trying to look as good as possible, aka become a chad" - so that it doesn't matter if you act autistic or not - girls will find you attractive and want to fuck you either way.

The main thing that people on here need to focus on is their mental health and then afterwards looks.

Think about it. How do you act around people/girls in general?. Are you really that confident, charismatic? or do you act like autistic geek? - If you think that by becoming good looking you will automatically become confident, then you are completely wrong.

It's all about a chemical imbalance in your brain.
And this is thanks to how the western culture has formed us today - and some people are simply more prone to it than others.

Let's start with the most important things.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Diet:
Diet is extremely important for mental well being. Have you ever thought about what you are putting into your mouth?. 99% of people are eating like shit nowadays, pizza, sugary foods etc. In every grocery store you see foods that are filled with sugars, carbs and ingredients that make you addicted to it. The food industry don't want you to eat healthy, they want you to become sick, they want you to eat unhealthy as it's a way of controlling you. This is also related to the health care industry. If you are eating healthy, then they wouldn't make money out of you. Everything in todays society is driven by money and not by empathy.

These foods will make your mental health, depression worse. A lot of people feel tired, sluggish, have brain fog. And a lot of this is caused by the amount of unhealthy foods you are consuming.

What you should eat.

If you are struggling with mental health i would recommend you to hop on a carnivore or paleo based diet.

What to Eat - Paleo

Lean cuts of beef, pork, and poultry, preferably grass-fed, organic, or free-range selections
  • Game animals, such as quail, venison, and bison
  • Eggs, but no more than six a week and preferably free-range
  • Fish, including shellfish
  • Fruit, such as strawberries, cantaloupe, mango, and figs
  • Nonstarchy vegetables, such as asparagus, onions, and peppers
  • Nuts and seeds, including almonds, cashews, walnuts, and pumpkin seeds
  • Olive oil, flaxeed oil, and walnut oil, in moderation
Basically only eat what the stone age people ate. This means no caffeine, no processed sugars, unhealthy carbs, unhealthy fats etc....

If you want to go for the more extreme version

Then the Carnivore Diet is another option.

@Prettyboy has made very good threads about this
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
2. Digital devices

We are all surrounded by digital devices. In the long run this can also cause you to become mentally ill, get depression, social anxiety.

Digital devices have been linked to increased levels of anxiety and depression. The constant use of digital devices can lead to a feeling of disconnection from the real world, as individuals become more absorbed in their digital lives. This can result in a lack of human interaction and social support, leading to feelings of isolation, loneliness, and ultimately, depression.

Digital devices can also have a negative impact on sleep patterns. The blue light emitted by digital screens is known to suppress the production of melatonin, a hormone that regulates sleep. This can lead to difficulty falling asleep, and interrupted sleep patterns, which can result in fatigue, irritability, and poor mental health.

Also, the use of social media has been linked to poor mental health outcomes. Social media can create unrealistic expectations and a constant need for validation, leading to feelings of inadequacy and low self-esteem. Additionally, social media can create a culture of comparison, where individuals are constantly comparing themselves to others, leading to feelings of jealousy and envy.

What to do: Spend most of your days outside getting some sunlight instead of scrolling through tiktok, instagram, etc.

Sunlight is also extremely important for mental health, if you have trouble sleeping. Spend a day outside in the sun as it will help with your melatonin production and natural sleep cycle.

7 Health Benefits of Sunlight
  • Improves your sleep. Your body creates a hormone called melatonin that is critical to helping you sleep. ...
  • Reduces stress. ...
  • Maintains strong bones. ...
  • Helps keep the weight off. ...
  • Strengthens your immune system. ...
  • Fights off depression. ...
  • Can give you a longer life.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
3. Training

If there is something that improves mental health, it is Cardio / Running. Humans are literally designed to run. Have you ever went out for a run and just felt fucking amazing afterwards?. Most people on here should go out for a daily run instead of sitting inside rotting and looking at the computer.

You should also have a Workout Routine.

Either a Weightlifting Routine

Or a Calisthenics Routine.
If you are looking for home gym equipment for calisthenics, i really recommend this one.
bbars_main_image4_2000x.jpg

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
4. Sleep

Something that improves mental health is sleep. Sleep is critical to not only our physical health but also our mental health.

You should go to bed and wake up at the same time everyday, as well try to get 7+ hours of sleep every day.

(Example) - Go to bed at 23:00 PM - Wake up at 07:30 AM - And do this every single day. Don't look at your phone in bed.)

5. Medication

If you are on any psychiatric drug or medication then stop it ASAP.

I have seen that a lot of people on here are on SSRI - which is one of the most dangerous drugs that are regularly prescribed by doctors. SSRI will make your testosterone lower and it will completely remove your sex drive and motivation. You have literally no idea what you are putting into your body. Millions of people have had their life ruined because of these drugs that doctors carelessly prescribe to desperate people.

Instead of trying to temporary trying to cure your physic problems with medication try to to find the root cause of your problems. Doctors prescribe these dangerous drugs that they have literally no idea what damage they cause to the body in the long term - simply because they make a lot of money from it - DOCTORS DON'T GIVE A SINGLE SHIT ABOUT YOUR MENTAL HEALTH.

Accutane is another example. I myself took Accutane when i was 18 years old and it completely ruined my life. On Accutane i got lowered testosterone levels, permanent dry skin & anhedonia. I literally even got gyno when i was on the medication. I asked my doctor if this can happen on Accutane, and he said that it had nothing to do with accutane. No one here should gamble ruining their life with medications like these.

Doctors simply follow a protocol. And most of them don't look at scientific studies.

Don't put anything into your body that you have no idea of how it works. Look at scientific studies beforehand.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Blood Work:

You should take a Full Panel Blood Work in order to see if you are deficient in anything.

Many people in todays world are deficient in the hormone testosterone - one of the most crucial hormones for a mans well being.

Testosterone, a hormone produced primarily in the testes of males and ovaries of females, plays a crucial role in the development of sexual characteristics, bone and muscle growth, and the regulation of body fat distribution. While there are numerous factors that can influence testosterone levels, ranging from genetics and age to lifestyle choices and environmental factors, there has been much speculation in recent years as to whether testosterone levels have been declining in men over the course of several decades.

One potential cause of testosterone decline is the increase in sedentary lifestyles in today's society. Research has shown that physical activity is positively associated with testosterone levels, and therefore, the decrease in physical activity levels in recent years may contribute to testosterone decline. Other potential causes of testosterone decline include increased exposure to environmental toxins such as bisphenol A (BPA) and phthalates, which are found in everyday products such as plastics and food packaging, and which can have estrogen-like effects in the body that may decrease testosterone levels.

Therefore, if you have tried everything in order to get your testosterone back up, then you should consider injecting testosterone if you are past puberty.

Many medications can also cause "receptor desensitization" - By SSRI/Finasteride/Accutane etc - Which means on paper your testosterone levels could be normal, but that your body is not using the testosterone as efficiently.

What to get
Testosterone Enanthate - Usually in 250mg / 300mg Vial
Arimidex
Insuline Needles
Alcohol Wipes

TRT / Testosterone Replacement Therapy

The hard part of TRT is finding the perfect balance of testosterone/estrogen in order to feel good.

Most people are on a dosage of 100mg-200mg test e per week.

Frequency - You should inject either twice a week, EOD, or ED. - More frequent injections means more stable estrogen levels, which means that you may not need to use an AI.

You only need to take an AI, like Arimidex, if you are sensitive to estrogen.

I'm not a expert on this topic, but there is countless of information online if you want to look into it.

If there is one thing I have learned in this life is to never trust people, even doctors or so-called "professionals". Being skeptical about all that you read and listen (literally everything) is the only true way to make yourself a truly woke person

But if there is one thing that seems to be true is that escaping the modern lifestyle is the most accurate way of living life the correct way. We are in a dystopia that will only get worse, soon in 10-15 years humans and robots will be unrecognasibly the same and if we don't learn to be independent from the media and "jews" soon enough then we're fucked
