Thoughts on permanent fillers for jaw and cheek augmentation?

A major downside of fillers is that they have to be touched up every few months or so. But I think that there are permanent fillers such as Bellafill that last several years. So why don't people use them for jaw and cheek augmentation very often instead of HA or Radiesse?

i’m not sure tbh. bella fill has only been out for 10 years so maybe people aren’t aware of it. also, maybe plastic surgeon want to keep making money so they give the fast dissolving ones

But shouldn't it be possible to get the same effect with long-lasting fillers as more temporary ones?
