Glass skin, stopped having trouble sleeping (tryptophan from raw eggs caused this), 0 brain fog in the morning and throughout the day, made my jaw a slight bit wider from chewing (not an exaggerated amount), energy and stamina at an all time high, attention span increased, and overall a better quality of life. Oh and I haven't got sick from it once because I actually did research and got it from a proper source

Easier digestion happened because when we cook food we are breaking down toxins and fibers in the meat or wtv ur eating low iq mutt because of that the nutrients were easier to absorb and took less time to digest, making more energy available for ur BRAIN, any benefits from eating raw meat would happen if u had the same diet but cooked the foods. caging at this fucking retard lmao

cooking is not 'hardwired' into our brain, we learn about cooking but if you give a baby something which it finds naturally delicious whether cooked or not he will eat it. But if you give it broccolli or some soup slop you need to strap him into a chair, forcefeed him or make plane noises or something.

i was talking about root veggies btw which aided our evolution and we did eat, and cooking meat denatures proteins making them easier to chew and digest. kills pathogens and it enhances calorie absorption from the meat

From the eggs there's plenty of things, the one I mentioned about sleeping better and feeling relaxed is from the tryptophan, they have to be brown eggs though, raw white eggs can be bad for you due to the avidin. High protein content, good for cardiovascular health, extremely nutrient dense etc. If you want to learn more, Google exists for a reason
