Liver is cheap and high protein but can't eat it everyday cause I'll get hypervitaminosis
Can't eat a lot o eggs daily cause of high cholestrol
Can't drink large volumes of milk cause I'm kinda lactose intolerant
Will need to eat a shit ton amount of legumes to get any protein
Tuna and other cannef fish and meats have high amounts of mercury.

So what do you eat except lean beef/chicken/fish which is kinda expensive to eat in large quantities

How much protein do you get in per week and how much do you spend overall.
I get in about 250g of protein a day (maybe 10-20g more) at 185 pounds rn 6'1. If im 100% strict with my diet I will eat 4000 calories a day and spend maybe £30-£40 a week.

Another thing, don't drink protein powder ffs. It's inferior and a waste of money. Just drink egg whites instead they taste of nothing and are cheap if bought in bulk.

Rice is usually pretty cheap regardless of what country you're in. And the good thing about rice is there's a lot you can do with it.

I'd recommend pasta as well.

Sorry, I see you're talking about protein.

How about peanut butter? Is that cheap where you live at? Nuts?

Wrong. He quoted from a study and mentioned its very likely incorrect. I don't take all information from one guy and believe it instantly either. It's clear ecdysterone does help, even if its a little. I can deduce that myself JFL.

High cholesterol is a meme, you won't get Hypervitaminosis from eating liver daily, you don't get any real protein from legumes.

Raw sheep or goat milk and you won't have problems digesting it. Eat as much eggs as you want, dietary cholesterol is good for you contra to popular belief. Lots of grassfed meats, cheap cuts like minced meat. No mercury in good quality meat also there is not really mercury in tuna since it stores in the blood and the inner organs. Cod liver is high in mercury for example.

How much protein per 100g is in protein bread
about 12g in the one I used. nothing amazing but if you eat at least 4 meals a day and combine it with breasts or some other proteins it starts to accumulate

You need to remember protein absorption rates. /100g chicken is high 90s, steak high 90s, egg whites 100 etc. Things like gluten are around 25/100 so they suck as a protein source. Idk what the protein is in bread but its worth noting

You won't get any beneficial protein from legumes, they're promoted up because they're cheap and are for weak vegetarian peasants.
Since you don't want eggs, breast and liver, Sardines are the best option.

Sardines do smell a bit gross, but they're delicious and full of nutrition (& protein). They contain 0 carbs and sugars which is lifefuel. Expect to get around 25 g of protein in 100g of sardines. They only consist of fat and protein. Sardines are small fish. Any type small fish will have non existent amount of mercury. Eating them every day won't harm you. Sardines are for poorcels too, but it is still better than anything else imo.

I'm trying to be objective about it imo, most of what I wrote in the OP was from research I've done from multiple sources, it might be wrong though I never said I was an authority on diets/nutrition, that's why I asked the question

Keep in mind modern fruits never existed as such in nature. The only fruits out there where some berries. Humans eat high amounts of meat and animal products and add some root vegetables and seasonal fruit.

Already done that but all 30 eggs will give only like 180 grams of protein iirc and I don't think I can eat 30 or even 15 eggs daily

if you're lactose intolerant thats quite unfortunate. you shouldn't get just one source of protein. someone dependent on tree nuts would miss out on vital amino acids. eggs+sausages/pork links+bacon should be sufficient and inexpensive

Which country do u live in? Less high quality protein might beat a lot of shit protein
