I just want bigger arms the rest come later
 
Stronglifts 3x3 is very good
 
Push pull legs for 3 weeks then after that push pull legs push pull rest. And keep that with moderate- high not too high intensity to recover fast enough
 
Bench press, barbell curls, shoulder press, tricep extensions, etc. Arms are the easy part. Abs and legs are the hard ones.
