why dont more good looksmaxes for skin exist

idk if theres any "good" looksmaxes in general because they r too fucking expensive for any good result

like with technology you'd think there'd be some better fuckng intel. some sem affortable really good skin max. like zach cox skin with a simple procedure and it stays but this doesnt exist. ive tried laser surgery, nearly everything, but im not gonna get zach cox skin. hard to see in seflies but in high detail my skin tone is uneven in non ideal lights, tons of acne on my forehead, blackheads, pale

where is my zach cox skin in a bottle FFS. we were born in a shitty time in the world with technology booming, and none of it is even useful

i am complaining but tbh i have not even tried tretinoin because i am paranoid, dont wanna waste money and dont know where to buy it from thats a legit source, dont wanna be putting some random shit on my skin

True, it's always good to do research. I think tret is pretty easy to get a prescription for, at least from what I've heard. There's prescription free retinoids like retinol which probably achieve the same results if one uses them for long enough.

I used palmitate for a while, but apparently it has to be converted 3 times in the body before it becomes the active ingredient. Now I've started retinol and I'm seeing some improvements, although I'm currently experiencing some minor irritation and purging of old skin cells. It's normal and part of the process though. I have faith in it for the long-haul.

Purely just conspiracy considering I know nothing about skin care and skin health but it makes more money to upsell products that barely work or have some down side rather then selling a cheap cure.

Make sure to get SPF 50 sunscreen and be careful with lights in general. I activate blue light filter on my phone when I have it applied (retinol).
