Will dut and dermapen end my woes?

I just got a script for dut and my a6 dermapen today.

Is this cope if fin has lost efficiency within a year?

I've also been taking clindamycin for my bacne which has helped but dried my skin out heavy, could reduced sebum cause diffuse thinning? As surely sebum is crucial in healthy follicles?

Or must I just get RU or CB?
