Dont overdo surgeries or else you will look plastic and start with eyes. I think changing eye color is easiest and effective thing to do. Good luck boyo.

For rhino, some noses look unnatural and obvious something done to them. So it depends.
For almond eyes maybe but if it looks good no problem.

Plastic looking people usually overuse fillers so you cant even recognize if they are happy or sad.
