Ok fine since I am generous I will be giving my high iq strat for free here. Basically I mouth tape all night long while I sleep to prevent any mouthbreathing. Then for bone smashing I do a static hole with a 35lb dumbbell on my chin for as long before it hurts too much. Make sure to do it with a weight belt for pull-ups and jut as hard as you can

It's not there's a big difference look how much wider it is, I can feel where the bone has grown

Dunno cause I have been the same height for 2 years but maybe height and skull grows independently I’m not sure. In the before I was 170lbs in the after I was 150 so I was cutting this year aswell which probably isn’t conducive for growth

80% of this changes are puberty gains. Bonesmashing helped too but you look more mature in the after, that's puberty
