So i found this guide
And they say you have to hit like 45mins of low intensity, gladly i have a massage gun, i can't do 45min with a hammer...
But anyway
isn't that a bit of a stretch ? Even when working out it's not that long...
45min just for chin and then 45min for the cheeks and 45min for the mandible ramus
eye area not even included
To be honest i was like wtf at first, isn't it kinda too much ? I pretty sure nobody is bonesmashing if it's that long..
