Got around 6-7kg to drop of pure fat in about 2 months. I’m not sure if that classifies as rapid or fast fat loss, but does quick fat loss result in loss facial skin sagging/ sagging?

- 1300-1500 calories a day (hit protein and get enough fats, like 60-80g).
- Continue gym to maintain muscle mass.
- Getting daily walk in of roughly 15k steps a day (which I do anyway).
- 20/30 mins on stair master after gym (which my bro forces me to do because he thinks he is gonna turn into David Goggins).
