"High cut" Lefort 1s are all constrained by the infraorbital foramen (passageways for clumps of nerves and blood vessels); they limit the extent of the cut so it's still pretty low and doesn't fully address midfacial retrusion. Gunson had dismissed them for this reason.

I had something similar to B and it barely made a difference either; it is after all only a few mm higher than a conventional LF1.

Incidentally, I've seen people in person who have had the Quadrangular LeFort and the results are still very underwhelming.
As a male, you want lateral projection of the cheekbones as opposed to posterior really so even saggittal advancement here doesn't give you a great result.

I got a draft for some designs sent to me today:

the dark blues just over 5mm.

this is great. really inclined to have this done. does a great job at fixing the asym. adds a slight bit if height. lil but of width. slightly addresses the groove. i asked for mild tweaking, to have the point brought back just a mm or so, and have a bit more augmentation to puff out the groove

jaw
not a big fan if this rendition. ive asked the flare to be reduced by a lot. asked for more vertical height. asked for right one (our view) to meet a little further down the mandible. it is cool to see. these type of thing look like they could make a good improvement on my skull, just gotta get the design i want. we'll see, gunna get a big redesign on these

good starting point. for adjustments, i asked for it to slightly cut across the lower part of the orbital. i asked to have it extended more towards the periform aperture. asked to have the size increased to 6.5 in the eye area, and slope down to 4mm on the lower half. transition across this purple region in this drawing i made.

i'm trying to budget out this round of procedures. im not wanting to spend too much right now, if im having this done oct or nov, i'd like to cap myself at 22k for this trip. if i have all 3 areas implanted here, i'll have to ditch the facelift til the summer. could still probably get fat grafting

the maxilla/zygo implant is gonna be in different pieces right?
