im kinda low energy and neutral/bad mood lately idk why cuz nothing changed. i dont bother much anymore too. did a bloodtest to check T levels but didnt get the results yet.

any supps or shiet that boosts mood and energy?

Get good sleep, eat atleast maintenancr calories and make sure youre doing some form of exercise daily

Caffeine and nicotine for temporary boost but thats kinda retarted. First ensure that your diet is on point with hitting all micronutrients, a shit tonne of vitamins/nutrients will fuck your energy levels if you are lack them

I might add that NoFap/Semen Retention and cold showers will give you more energy and help your mood.

You're depleting your body of nutrients from excessive cooming and cold showers give an antidepressant effect.

its just weird. i have some time for like 1 or 2 min where i suddenly get crazy energy/good mood. im very talkative and happy then but then its going back 2 normal where i have 0 energy and bored/dont care about the world

I get this as well but its more like for an hour or so. For me its particularly noticable when im cutting calories, coz im essentially perma tired/depressed, but if i have a good meal + coffee + some endorphins released from gym i do get in a really positive and energetic mood for a bit
