I basically haven't visited the gym since February 2020 (went 2 or 3 times), did maybe 10 pullups a day, 10 push-ups a day and worked out with my bodyweight like once a month, yet I went from 84kg to 90kg without using steroids.
All because I ate at least 90 gramms of protein and supplemented with a multivitamin Supplement (which has the good type of Vitamine K in it (K7)).
My Body fat didn't change.
I am also supplementing with Huperzine A and GABA for like 2 weeks now.
