If you are not eating your weight(kg) in proteins(g), are you even trying?

I basically haven't visited the gym since February 2020 (went 2 or 3 times), did maybe 10 pullups a day, 10 push-ups a day and worked out with my bodyweight like once a month, yet I went from 84kg to 90kg without using steroids.
All because I ate at least 90 gramms of protein and supplemented with a multivitamin Supplement (which has the good type of Vitamine K in it (K7)).
My Body fat didn't change.
I am also supplementing with Huperzine A and GABA for like 2 weeks now.

Eating bare protein should keep you fed and unironically distract you from binge eating, you though you ate less and gained muscle, but it's caloric value in protein that is higher in either fat, and carbs
