I will always say this:
The range between 188cm-194cm is the PERFECT HEIGHT

Being taller than that will help you with some girls, but will fuck you with others.
The range between 194 and 200 cm is good BUT NOT OPTIMAL
Being taller tan 200cm is bad for muscle insertions, it will take you AGES AND AGES AND AGES to look a little bit muscular...
--->Some clothes wont fit u at all...and that will be bad for ur overall aesthetics.

DONT THINK IN ONE ONLY THING, THINK ABOUT THE WHOLE PACKAGE

Anything from about 6'3" onwards has to have some muscle mass. Being taller is a multiplier for your physique. If you're skinny, it'll look way more comical. If you're muscular, it'll look way more impressive. This gets more and more true the taller you get.
