List of things I eat

-meat
-dairy (although minimally, not cause I have a problem with it, I js don’t eat much)
-eggs
-fruits
-sweet potatoes
-potatoes
-white rice
-avocados

For cooking: butter, lard

Typical day of eating would be this:

Breakfast - 4 eggs+avocado

Mid day “snack” - 4 eggs

Lunch - 500g sweet potatoes+500g ground beef

Dinner - Greek Yogurt with fruits

And I snack on fruits throughout the day, mainly mangoes, bananas and blueberries.

Rate this diet out of 10.

9:00 AM- 6 eggs, 1 wholemeal bread with cheese and a glass of milk

10:00AM- 2 Eggs

12:00PM- Rice, Chicken Broccoli (my meal preps)

1:00PM-2 Eggs with a fruit if my choice

3:00PM-5:00PM- Gym session

5:30PM- Greek yoghurt

6:00PM- Rice, Chicken Broccoli ( my meal preps)

6:30PM- 2 eggs

Lol eggs are the best protien source i can get for a relaitvely low price, plus i sometimes mix cottage cheese with my eggs to get extra protien.

how many cals a day is this? Lean bulking soon (3.6k cals a day) so may just adopt this diet it’s good

3k at most as I’m cutting rn.

Lean bulking soon (3.6k cals a day) so may just adopt this diet it’s good
Would recommend, my acne’s been getting better since I cut gluten even tho I ate very clean before too (no seed oils and other junk)

Yeah that’s good, ordered my new skin care today after reading like 20 skin threads JFL, my skin isn’t bad just has a lot of hyperpigmentation, I’ll prob add the 600 cals with cashews or something or maybe a protein shake

Yeah, my diet is basically js a more restricted version of this:


I cut veggies entirely for now, I’ll start adding stuff back step by step once skin is clear and see what causes acne and shit.

Im on a slight caloric surplus so yeah, plus i do cardio so i need those extra calories.
Yeah, although the broccoli and bread might be unoptimal, I’d cut those if you are having any issues like acne or smth. If you’re thriving tho then keep doing what you’re doing

Cooked =diaseases toxins and vitamins deficiency cause all problems ita not genetic

White rice = full of arsenic and starch rots in your colon
Sweet potatoes = full of exolates and starch, avoid
Potatoes = full of starch but OK in moderation, not very damaging if you really need to eat them
Blueberries = highest pesticide ratio on any fruit, not worth the risk if you don't grow your own

Stick to fruits that you peel like bananas and oranges, skin is covered in pesticides and washing them under water won't do shit.

Buy bad quality meat but lean part
Toxins store in fat, just don't eat any grocery store low quality fat.

If you can't get unfrozen high quality meat from a local farm you're living in a shithole place tbh, can't even get good human nutrition.

Acne is released toxins by the skin, just means you're not expelling them and will die early from accumulated toxicity.

Weird and strange, i eat lots of food that give people acne but i get very mild-little acne that is barely visible.

Fruit and honey only, you can try juicing them to get rid of fiber.

When I eat citrus I spit out the pulp.

If you can find pesticide free blueberries they're fine.

Yh, I live in Denmark btw, quality of food is insanely high here compared to other places I’ve lived/travelled to in EU
Only if they're ripened, unripe bananas have a lot of starch.

Cook with olive oil and add cooked cherry tomatoes with parmesan.
